Shipping policy

We do not ship the items ourselves. Once items are shipped we are not responsible for what happens to your package. Any issues that arise with your order related to shipping. You as the customer will have to reach out to your shipping provider. Customer will be provided with package tracking info once their order has been shipped. Through that they can get information for their shipping provider. 

If you are having trouble contacting or reaching out to your shipping provider. You can email us and we can try to help you resolve the issue with your shipping provider. We cannot guarantee success however we are more than happy to assist you. As a small business we care about our customers very much.
