Refund policy
We have a 14-day Exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We can sometimes accept returns Email to see if you qualify for a return
To be eligible for a exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note
When you send an email requesting your return the subject line of the email needs to be titled return request and please make sure that you are sending the email from the email that you used to make your initial purchase.
include the following in email
- order number
- Purchase receipt
- Explain why you are requesting an exchange/return.
- Photo of original packaging
- Photo of item as you originally received it
Your email will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours. If your request for an exchange or return is accepted. You will be sent information on where to send your product that you are wishing to exchange/return. If shipping back is determined necessary.
If your exchange request is accepted and requires the physical items to be returned your exchange request will be processed and approved upon receipt of the items. After approval it can take up to 2week for your items to be reshipped.

Damages and issues
Please understand especially as a small business we can only be responsible for any issues or damages that may occur during the production process. It is our responsibility to make sure that your items make it to shipping providers undamaged and up to our quality standards. We are not responsible for any damages to packaging or items that occur once the items leave our hands and into the hands of the shipping providers. Any items that may have been damaged during the shipping process the customer will have to reach out to their shipping provider for that issue.
Product Errors
We accept exchanges/returns for the following issues. Related to product production quality and printing quality.
- Received the wrong product. Customer will need to ship back item in order to receive exchange.
- Product printing misprint errors.
This is not a complete list we will be able to more accurately determine if your purchase qualifies when you contact us via email with a more detailed reason for requesting an exchange.
Exceptions / non-Exchangable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Items under a certain dollar amount. Do not qualify for exchanges. For example stickers and similar smaller items do not qualify for an exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
